Research On The Practice Mode Of Social Sports Guidance And Management In Shanghai Normal University

Practice is not only an integral part of the education process in the higher normal schools,but also a main approach to comprehensively measure and test their school-running thoughts and talent training quality.At the same time,practice is a comprehensive test on students' mastery of knowledge,an effective way promoting students to transfer their knowledge into ability,most importantly a key part guiding students to realize social transition and role transformation.The study of career practice can provide mental and theoretical preparation for the teachers and students who are participated in career practice of the higher normal schools.What's more,it can provide method basis and enhance the scientific nature,so as to improve the quality of career practice.While the implementation of practice is realized by various organization forms,namely the methods and patterns adopted by practice activities.In other words,whether the career practice mode is scientific,the method is proper or the system is normative all have a great relation with completing the career practice goal.The paper adopts the methods of documentation,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.By questionnaire investigation for the students majoring in social sports guidance and management of 2012 grade and 2013 grade in Sports College,Shanghai Normal University,it analyzes their practice status from the aspects of career trainee stage,career practice and career study.Also,it summarizes their career model through these practice investigation.It has following conclusions on students' practical practice situation whose major is social sports guidance and management in Shanghai Normal University.1.There are adequate preparation for the major of social sports guidance and management in Shanghai Normal University during the period of career trainee.The interns almost are satisfied with the pre-job training time,but some interns think the time is too short because their basic skills have no real practice and improvement.On the whole,the interns are pleased with the career practice.2.The interns think the practice time is appropriate and its content can reflect the reflection function well.The interns expect to find reasonable solution to the key issues or problems appearing in the process of practice.Most interns recognize the practice mode and the effect is obvious.The concentration practice which is based on the practice base has formed a typical model base and the practice base is stable.3.The interns will have relatively higher salary if they are in sports fitness club or sports management company.The Sports College of Shanghai Normal University's practice time is sixteen weeks,which is longer than the time prescribed by the state.Most interns think they are very necessary to come back to school for three times during the period of practice and construct the network communication platform for career practice,because it can solve practically some problems when it is inconvenient for them to communicate.4.The Sports College of Shanghai Normal University practices a system of double tutors.There are two parts of people involving interns' practice: the tutors in practice unit and the tutors in college.The tutors in practice unit give less guidance and the guidance attitude is relatively serious.While the tutors in college give more guidance and the attitude is more serious.In this way,the whole practice quality is enhanced and the students' employment is given attention.5.Generally,the tutors in practice unit are satisfied with the interns' professional knowledge and professional skills in the Sports College of Shanghai Normal University.The interns' innovation consciousness and communication and cooperation ability have positive correlation,namely the stronger interns' innovation consciousness in the process of practice is,the stronger their communication and cooperation ability are.And vice verse.
