Research On The Matching Degree Of Universities Innovative Resources,Patent Resources And Industry Status

Innovative resources and patent resources is to support a regional industrial development of the core resources in the socio-economic development has an important strategic position,is an important guarantee for regional innovation.The optimization of resource matching is the inherent requirement of the coordinated development of resources and industry,and the efficiency of input and output of innovative resources and patent resources in colleges and universities.The advantage of patent resources is transformed into industrial competitive advantage,which is to improve the innovation capability of regional industries and promote regional industrial development.An important way to coordinate development of resources and industry.The matching between resources and industry is the inherent need of regional economic development,but also the inevitable choice of industrial development in southern Jiangsu.The southern Jiangsu region has rich university innovation resources and patent resources,has a good industrial base and economic advantages,has the ability and the responsibility to achieve the high quality of resources and industry match,to achieve regional industrial restructuring and upgrading and economic development of strategic tasks.This paper first summarizes the relevant literature research at home and abroad,as well as the relevant theories of regional and university innovation resources,patent resources,industry status and matching degree,and then analyzes the current situation of matching and development between resources and industry in south Jiangsu,then points out the problems.Then,the author evaluates the evaluation index system of the matching of universities innovative resources,patent resources and industry in clustering situation,and uses the physical coupling matching analysis method to analyze the matching degree of universities innovative resources,patent resources and industry in south Jiangsu.Finally,based on the previous theory,the current situation analysis and the conclusion analysis of matching degree evaluation,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy proposal of matching resources and industry to promote industrial development and economic development in south Jiangsu.
