Research On College Students' Honesty Education Mechanism

Honesty is the cornerstone of moral concise,personality shaping and social harmony.Honesty and trustworthiness has always been highly respected in C hina's ethical system.It is not only a fundamental basis for the individual,but also a prerequisite for social development.The sustainable and healthy development of society can not be separated from people's honesty and trustworthiness.At present,college students are very valuable human resources,in the community of this group of high quality,is the backbone of building a harmonious society.One of the important contents of college students' basic moral literacy is that they must have the consciousness of honesty.Honesty education for contemporary college students,both a shaping of healthy personality education,but also an important credit resource education,but also a basic quality education of citizens.I n the process of achieving the comprehensive development of college students,honest and trustworthy plays a vital role.Therefore,we must strengthen the integrity of college students education,enhance the integrity of college students awareness,cultiva te the integrity of college students quality,the formation of good faith behavior.With the continuous development of the socialist market economy,college students 'ideas and values are becoming increasingly diversified.Some college students' sense of honesty is weak,and honesty education has not been paid enough attention.There are many weak links,which leads to some college students There has been a more serious problem of integrity.To this end,to strengthen the integrity of college students education has a realistic importance and urgency.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the honesty education mechanism of college students and to be honest education of college students.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the socialist core values with the "three advocates" as the basic content.Richness,democracy,civilization,harmony,is the value of the national level goals,freedom,equality,justice,the rule of law,is the social level of value orientation,patriotism,dedication,integrity and friendliness is the individual level of citizenship criteria,Personal values one of the most important foothold.By reviewing the domestic and foreign literature,the author finds that the current situation of college students' honesty is not optimistic,and there are some problems such as moral anomie,lack of honesty,honesty and confusion,honesty and separation of honesty and lack of effective supervision and disciplinary measures and other issues.In this study,the author uses the theoretical analysis combined with the actual investigation method,through the three colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia school students to issue integrity education questionnaire,and through statistical analysis of the data will be processed to deal with the integrity of college students,problems and countermeasures analysis.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part explains the research origin of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,and the significance of the research.The second part mainly analyzes the theory of honesty and trustworthiness.In the third part,three different types of college students in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia are studied,and the questionnaire survey of college students 'honesty is carried out.The causes of college students' problems are analyzed.The fourth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of institutional mechanism for the problems and causes of college students' ho nesty.The fifth part is the conclusion of this study,summarizes the research results and the shortcomings.
