For the current Chinese society, social transformation has undoubtedly become the most significant characteristics of the times. With the social class "break" and the gap between rich and poor, various non-institutionalized interest expression events increased significantly.Frequent petition, rights activism, violent protests and mass incidents not only torn up social trust, but also seriously affected the harmonious development of society and became the dishonesty on the road of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the profound social transformation of this social grand narrative background of the "ivory tower"-institutions of higher learning,no longer a former "Pure Land".As an important part of the university campus is difficult to be immune, the community of ideas and values and social phenomena in the university campus have responded. In recent years,China's college campus students strike, sit, strike, siege office of the principal and other non-institutional interests of frequent claims is evidence. Therefore,it is of great political significance and theoretical value to strengthen the research on the expression of non-institutionalized interests of college students. The expression of the non-institutionalized interests of college students refers to the political process that the college students try to use the channels and methods outside the system to make the request to the relevant departments in order to influence the decision-making output of the relevant departments and then maintain and realize their own interests, and have sudden, destructive,And miscarriage and other characteristics.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis,we can see that the logic of the expression of non-institutionalized interests of college students has the influence and infiltration of factors such as the differentiation of interest structure, the enhancement of rights consciousness and the expression of "relatively effective" social non-institutionalized interests;Rigid, cannot adapt to the increasing demands of college students increasing the impact of democratic factors;the same time, there are college students in the individual psychological quality of the rule of law,the value of the deviation and psychological development and other factors such as immaturity. In the face of the social reality of the non-institutionalized interests of college students, ideological and political education, with its own advantages, plays the unique function and value that other means are difficult to reach. To this end,we must strengthen the governance and coping of the non-institutionalized interests of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education: we must first strengthen the construction of civic morality, construct social moral education focusing on citizen's moral construction, optimize social structure,Secondly,to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students as the main body,to establish the ideological and political education concept of colleges and universities to adapt to the development of the times,to reform the backward management system of colleges and universities,to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students; To strengthen the family ethics education with family ethics as the main content,to optimize the family education environment,to cultivate the correct view of college students to understand and understand the society;Fourth,to strengthen the psychological education of college students based on frustration education,to cultivate college students to cope with social frustration Ability to enhance college students' mental health education, legal system and life education.
