College Teachers’Interest Expression Way Research

This paper is the study of College Teachers’ interest expression way of effectiveness problem. Citizen interest expression level is essentially embodied in a country’s democratic political construction process, our country various group events and violence behind reflects the lack of benefit expression mechanism. Our country from central to local existing interests expression means a lot, but as a result of the system settings or actual use disorders or other reasons, so that these pathways can smoothly express the wishes of the masses, cause throughout the group events and incidents of violence continued to occur. University teachers as a highly educated, high social status, rational thinking from the group, to various kinds of interests expression way of understanding to practical application ability, university teachers are not obstacles, so the choice of university teachers as investigation object, to study the various interest expression of the design, usage and satisfaction.Firstly, colleges and universities have set all kinds of interests expression way to do the investigation, then the paper benefit expression way is effective, through empirical research for Chinese College Teachers’ interest expression way to provide some suggestions to the improvement of. The article is divided into three parts, respectively is the benefit expression pathway related research, college teachers’ interest expression channels and improve the effectiveness of College Teachers’ interest expression way of countermeasures.
