The Optimization Research Of Undergraduate Ideological And Political Education Ecological System Under The Idea Of Taking Fostering Integrity And Promoting Rounder Development Of People

From 18 th CPC National Congress in November 2012 to National Conference on universities' ideological and political work in December 2016.As the central part and basic task,the idea of taking fostering in tegrity and promoting rounder development of people was valued by the Party and the country.However,the issues frequently appear in the field of ideological and political education,such as not close to life,poor influence,and poor operation and so on.Therefore,ideological and political education has become a hotspot of academic research.The article regard the undergraduate as research subjects,take the idea of taking fostering integrity and promoting rounder development of people as research direction,consider the ideological and political education ecological system as research reference,to research how to optimize the undergraduate ideological and politi cal education ecological system.The body consists four parts:The first part is mainly based their relationship,concentrated on the concept of the undergraduate ideological and political education ecological system.From the ontology,the body,the object,the mediator and the environment,the factors are associated with each other to form a balanced,dynamic,continuous system.From the methods,it utilizes the ecological way of cognition and thoughts to grasp the ideological and political education,in order to provide alternative strategy for college students.From the value,it implies the coordinated development values of people,nature and society in ideological and political education theory and practice process.The second part is mainly based on current ecological situation;analyze the reasons of ecological imbalance.The system has been make certain achievements,but also appeared some intractable issues.The ideological and political education process misplace with the ideological and political ecological environment.Besides,the ideological and political education ecological system is imbalance with other system.For reasons,the inherent basic contradiction and hysteretic ecological analysis paradigm is responsible for the ecological imbalance.The third part is mainly elaborated the cognitive optimization from the basic goal,development concept,operation principle.The article consider that the system should stick to the fundamental goal what it is the idea of taking fostering integrity and promoting rounder development of people.In addition,the development concept of Sustainable development,stereoscopic education model and keep up with the times throughout the system.Besides,the system should establish a series of principle of “no deterioration”,“no show”,“not isolated”.The fourth part is mainly expatiated the path optimization from relationship formation,environment building,mediator perfection.The article proposal the system should bilateral cooperation to form a harmonious ecological relationship.Meanwhile,it remands strengthen the communication environment,Internet environment and multi community environment.Moreover,advance mediator perfection by updating the educational content,using educational carrier and exploring education mode.
