In recent years,with the continuous development of society,students have been affected by family,society and physical development,their thoughts,behaviors and three values,that is world views,value views and philosophy views are changing.Learning disabilities,radical thoughts and difficulties in interpersonal interaction problems emerge in endlessly.In a sense,the "problem" students exists in every school and every class.Every child is the flower of the motherland in the future,and each child's growth is not reversible.Therefore,how to help students get out of the trouble is imminent.As long as finding the solutions to the problem,we can promote the healthy and harmonious development of students.This article mainly focuses on the following aspects: Firstly,sort out documents home and abroad and learn the existing research results in this field at home and abroad,including the theoretical guidance of this article--humanism theory and the definition classification and causes of "problem students" as well as measures on how to transform them.Secondly,the author intends to borrow the definition of "problem students" that is made by foreign scholars to define them as the generalized "problem students",which means not only the learning problem,but also the behavior,the psychology and so on,then the author divided the students into four categories: learning disabilities,behavior problems,interpersonal difficulties and psychological problems by combining the existing research of classification in the documents with researching the students of the sample school--Chengnan Middle School in the way of interviewing method,observational method and case analysis.Furthermore,the author describes the different representations of these "problem" students.Eventually,Basing on the humanism theory,the author come up with specific measures about how to transform "problem students" from the perspective of teachers in the way of interviewing method,observational method,case analysis method as well as literature method.The main results are as follows: Firstly,for the learning disabled students,on one hand,teachers should be taught in accordance with their aptitude,on the other hand,teachers will pair students up to help and use the encouragement mechanism to stimulate the students' learning motivation.Secondly,for the behavior problem students,teachers should guide students to gain respect and recognition and use the PACE model to establish a good teacher-student relationship as well.Thirdly,for interpersonal difficulties students,teachers can guide students in the correct self-evaluation and hold different kinds of activities to exert their expertise.At last,for psychological problem students,teachers should do these things include unconditional positive regard,congruence and empathic understanding.
