With the exacerbation of aging problems,there have been great demands for the home-based care service in China.It is necessary to assess the ability and the disease risk of the elderly in home-based care service.For the ability assessment,the electrical edition is made.For the disease risk assessment,the mobile medical monitoring system based on Android is developed to test the physiological indexes.Considering the nonlinearity and strong coupling among different physiological indexes,the classified and quantitative methods based on multiple physiological indexes for accessing the elderly disease risk is brought up.Results of the disease risk assessment and the ability assessment are sent to the server as the doctor's reference.The specific contents are shown as follows:(1)The mobile medical monitoring system is designed for sampling and showing the ability and physiological data of the elderly.Further the data can be transferred to the server by wireless network.Since the system is portable,it can be installed on any Android mobile device.Users can have their own database which can be independently collected and analyzed.(2)Based on multiple physiological indexes,the classified and quantitative information fusion model is set up,which can evaluate the elderly disease risk.On the one hand,the SVM is chosen as the classification assessment method of disease risk for the elderly.Through the dimension reduction of the input attributes and the find of the best parameter combination for the SVM,the best classification effect of the SVM has been optimized.On the other hand,fuzzy synthesis evaluation combined with principal component analysis is used to get the quantitative information fusion result of the factors which affect the elderly disease risk.We can Adopt the international standard data set to validate the above two aspects respectively and prove the validity and accuracy of them.The mobile medical monitoring system is simple,convenient,flexible and easy for use.It is designed in a high efficient and low cost way.The evaluation model achieves the effective classification result of disease risk,and the quantitative scores indicate the degree of disease risk for the elderly.In this sense,the establishment of the model provides a new way for the elderly disease risk assessment,so it has a good application prospect.
