The Case Social Work Intervention Of Spiritual Care For The Elderly In Hospice Care

As China's aging problem has become increasingly serious,old dying as a special group,face many increasingly prominent problems,such as old age,illness,serious elderly,the elderly to body care,hospice care,spiritual care requirements.People pay attention to the duration of lives of the old man,and also attaches great importance to the quality of life of the dying old man.In the development of hospice career,from the initial physical care and health,people gradually begin to pay attention to mental health care of the dying person and the theory of spiritual care in hospice care has also been gradually adapted to the local.Based on the holistic perspective,spiritual care provides full of humanity care for hospice care old man,from the body,mind,spirit,social aspect,using the methods and techniques to improve the quality of life of dying and the meaning of life.In practice,hospice development have sprung up gradually in our country,many provinces and cities have carried out relevant end-of-life care programs.Old-age home,hospital,community use related end-of-life care technical services.Through the combination of theory and practice,importance should be attached to the spirit of the dying person and bold and active exploration should be carried out in hospice care practice.However,the use of piritual care of hospice care in our country needs to be improved,and still needs to continue to explore in practice.This paper adopts qualitative research methods,using four long-term cases in hospice care S social work group as the main research objects.It employs the participation observation(to take care of the dying old man),forming partnerships with egotism.When collecting data,it uses unstructured interviews combined with a depth interview method,and the interview objects include the dying,workers,volunteers and family members.At the same time,it carries on the secondary data collection,service record,case studies,techniques and related literature.Through the analysis of four dying old man,under the direction of the edge Angle of view and the theory of holistic care,the thesis explores the life state of the dying,psychological state of the dying and their inner needs.And then it describes and analyzes the death attitude,self-identity,everyday negative feelings and unfulfilled wish of the dying,using specific feasible intervention methods in the process of practical application.The thesis displays the methods of spiritual care in actual operation and application results for the dying person,in order to help explore the dying old man be at ease,quiet life the last journey of life.In the process of service,according to the different characteristics of each director,corresponding to different intervention methods,10 kinds of spiritual care skills are summrized: death education,listening and accompany,empathy response,the frequency of breathing,in retrospect,the humanist care,music therapy,classic recitation,express affection,expectation to the future.And it uses process evaluation and effect evaluation in the process of evaluation,that is,to evaluate the effectiveness and target completion.And finally,the thesis summarizes the process evaluation,accumulate experiences,absorbs lessons,and avoid mistakes.Based on the above research,the author summarizes the relevant methods of the spiritual care in use,difficulties and suggestions of our country's spiritual care,which can provide the experience and reference to elderly hospice spiritual care of business in China.
