AimsThrough the study on psychological stress and stress status of mental health and academic graduate students,to explore the size of graduate students psychological level and overall academic pressure,and put forward measures to alleviate the psychological pressure,provide the basis for mental health education in Colleges and universities,make contribution to promote the mental health of the postgraduate.MethodsIn this study,graduate students psychological stress questionnaire,symptom checklist(SCL-90)and academic stress amount revised as a research tool,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,factor analysis in Hebei city in Baoding Province,a comprehensive university graduate students psychological stress status and influence according to the problems and put forward countermeasures.Results1.This time we will investigate the pressure of graduates from the seven aspects,the survey showed different degrees of pressure,according to the average pressure is shown as follows: size and future employment pressure,academic pressure,economic pressure,family pressure,other pressures,marriage and love pressure,interpersonal pressure.2.The subjects of the master SCL-90 Scale total score was 145.84 ±50.94,the lowest score 90 points,the highest score of 292 points;according to the positive standard,there were 88 people affected by mental health problems.Master,the detection ratio of 29.3%.3.SCL-90 in 10 factors of any one factor over 2 as a positive mental health standards,in the first row is forcing factor,the number of positive cases was 94,the detection rate of 31.33%;second for the other factors,the number of positive cases was 74,the detection rate of 24.7%;the rest of row in order to depression,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,anxiety,terror,paranoia,psychosis and somatization factor score;with over 3 as positive standard,the first is forcing,the number of positive cases was 32,the detection rate of 10.6%;second,interpersonal sensitivity factor,the number of positive cases was 25.The detection rate of 8.3%;the rest are hostility,depression,paranoia,psychosis,anxiety,somatization,terror and other factors.4.The SCL-90 scale survey results: Marriage: group differences in somatization,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia and mental factors,the difference was significant(P<0.05),married students' mental health level is poor,then no lovers,lovers of mental health level is good;subject: forced,significant interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoid terror and psychosis factor difference(P<0.05),liberal arts students' mental health level is poor,followed by science and engineering students,medical students' mental health level is good.There were no significant differences in the factors of mental health among different genders and grades(P>0.05).5.To graduate from school,employment,economic,family,marriage and other seven aspects of the 10 factors were pressure and SCL-90 for correlation analysis,the subjects of the degree of stress and mental health have a significant positive correlation(P<0.01),the seven aspects of pressure were higher,the average score of each factor is high.6.SCL-90 scores as dependent variables,respectively by single factor analysis of the stress scores meaningful as independent variables,multivariate linear stepwise regression,finally entered the regression equation for the pressure project academic,interpersonal relationship,family and other factors(independent variables,beta value were 11.227,19.137,11.490,26.764,P<0.01).7.The results of the academic stress scale showed that the total score of the students' academic stress was 70.75 ±16.95,and the total score of the stress response questionnaire was about 48.69 ±16.65.The total score of the questionnaire was about ± 64.43.8.The positive correlation between each item of the academic task and the nervous reaction(P<0.01),the higher the average score,the higher the average score of each factor.However,there is a negative correlation between learning ability and coping resources and sub items(P<0.01).9.The psychological tension as the dependent variable,a single factor analysis of the significance of the academic task pressure and coping resources score as independent variables,multivariate linear stepwise regression,finally entered the regression equation of the project work for task conflict,role overload,role insufficiency,rational,independent variables(beta value were 0.536,0.424,1.379,-0.334,P<0.001);the physical strain as the dependent variable,a single factor analysis of the significance of the academic task pressure and coping resources score as independent variables,multivariate linear stepwise regression,finally entered the regression equation for learning ability,task conflict,role insufficiency,social support,(beta value of each variable in turn 0.536,0.424,1.379,-0.334,P<0.01).10.Positive correlation between the 11 academic stress reaction questionnaire and academic stress,interpersonal relationships,employment,family relationship,economic pressure,marriage pressure and other stress scores were significantly higher scores,the pressure,the greater the stress response(P>0.01);academic task scale scores and mental health are obvious is related to academic tasks heavier,more obvious psychological symptoms.11.Academic stress and coping resources distribution:Gender differences: the academic task is overweight,body tension,entertainment factor scores of the male(10.33±4.90,15.35±6.39,10.16±3.50)and female(9.06±4.38,13.33±4.97,8.89±3.60)there was a significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01),men are higher than women;grade difference significant the difference in heavy burden and social support factor(P<0.05),the most important task of the third grade,the highest support;differences between students from rural areas: the responsibility factor score is higher than the pressure of the students from the city,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);marriage: marriage of different subjects of academic stress the difference was not significant(P>0.05);Entertainment: in the entertainment factor were significantly different(P<0.05),liberal arts students are higher than science and engineering students,carry out the one-child recreation activities higher than Non only child.12.There was a significant positive correlation between the average scores of P<0.01 and the 10 factors in SCL-90,and the higher the average score of the academic task scale,the higher the factor of SCL-90.13.Respectively to the academic task and sub item as the dependent variable,using single factor analysis of each factor of SCL-90 meaningful results as independent variables,multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis,finally entered the regression equation for the project of psychological symptoms depression and psychotic factors(independent variables beta value were 9.601,7.522,P<0.01).Conclusions1.The factors leading to the psychological pressure of postgraduates are ranked in the top three: employment and future pressure,academic pressure and economic pressure.2.The detection rate of compulsory,depression,interpersonal sensitivity and hostility was higher,the incidence rate of psychological symptoms was higher than that of the master degree students,and different gender and grade had no effect.3.Psychological symptoms and graduate employment,from the academic,economic,family,marriage and other seven aspects of pressure was significantly related to all aspects of the more pressure symptoms detection rate is higher,the influence degree of the academic,interpersonal relationship,family factors are the most significant.4.The subjects of the master's intense pressure,including task conflict,role overload,role insufficiency is particularly prominent,and interpersonal relationships,employment,family relationship,economic pressure,marriage and other conventional factors that cause stress have overlapping additive effect;intense pressure obviously influences the level of mental health,academic stress more the higher the prevalence of psychological symptoms.5.The subjects of the postgraduate academic stress may be caused by increased mental and physical strain increased significantly,the academic task is heavier,more intense reaction,at the same time graduate students learning ability is weak with individual coping resources and coping ability.6.The graduate students in the academic stress and coping resources in gender,grade students,professional disciplines have differences,there is no impact on marriage.
