The influence of mental stress factor on body's immunity system is becoming more and more important. The abnormal change of central nervous system and neuroendosecretory system are main intermediaries, which can affect the body's immunity.Physical exercise can bring benefit to people, enhance one's self-esteenu self-concept, and prevent or relieve the bad emotion and so on. As a effective coping way of bringing down mental stress, physical exercise can decrease intensity of mental stress and increase mental tolerance, so it protects the body's immunity, but why and what does it work. It is not clear. The thesis instead to explore the possible mechanism from psychoneuroimmunological perspective by measuring the concentration of 3 -EP, CS, IL-1 3 and IL-2 in plasma.Result:(1) Mental stress can depress the rat's immunity. IL-1 3 and IL-2 in plasma are significantly lower than those in control group. 3 -EP and CS level are significantly higher than those of control.(2)Low and medium exercise, as a effective way of bringing down the mental stress reaction, can protect body health. The IL-1 3 , IL-2 level of exercise +stress groups are higher than those in stress groups. Both corticosterone and 3 -EP are decrease from stress level. Conclusion: Mental stress can make some bad influence on body's endocrine function and depress the immunity. Low and medium exercise can bring down the stress reaction and protect the neuroendocrine function under mental stress.
