Nowadays,the negative news about middle school students emerges in endlessly,which makes the stress of middle school students become the focus of social attention.Understanding the status quo of middle school students' stress,attribution style and mental health level,and studying the relationship between the three will help to further understand the way middle school students face stress and how it affects their mental health.It can also provide some scientific basis for reducing the stress of middle school students and improving their mental health level.This study is divided into two parts.The first part focuses on the relationship among stress,attribution style and mental health of middle school students.600 middle school students from grade one of junior high school to grade three of senior high school were selected as subjects of the study.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper explores the status quo of stress,attribution style and mental health of middle school students,and analyses the mediating role of attribution style between stress and mental health.The second part is attribution training.30 subjects were selected from the study 1 and divided into experimental group and control group.Attribution training was given to the students in the experimental group,while no intervention was given to the students in the control group.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The stress level of middle school students is relatively high,and there are significant individual differences in gender,grade and place of origin;(2)Middle school students' attribution style is slightly pessimistic,and there are significant individual differences in gender,only-child status and place of origin;(3)Middle school students have moderate mental health problems,and there are significant individual differences in gender and grade;(4)There is a significant correlation among stress,attribution style and mental health of middle school students;(5)Middle school students' attribution style plays a mediating role in stress and mental health;(6)Attribution training can effectively reduce middle school students' stress and improve their mental health level.Through attribution training,students' attribution style becomes more optimistic.
