Donated assets in the universities is an important part of the educational appropriations and state-owned assets.The optimization of its configuration and efficiency directly affects the teaching quality and the long-term development of universities.With the continuous development of the donation business in our country,the donated assets in universities is becoming more and more abundant.And people is paying more attention to the problem of the donated assets in universities.It is an urgent problem that universities to carry out scientific management and give full play to the value of donated assets.In the process of donated assets management in universities,there are a lot of problems,such as most universities has not formed a unified and standardized management system,which according to the standardized management of the state-owned assets management.From the attribute,classification and the characteristics of donated assets in universities,the existing management style has shortcomings.Therefore,it is very important to make management standardized and institutionalized for the donated assets in universities for scientific.This paper starts from the related concepts and theories of donated assets,draws on the experience of receiving asset management in foreign universities,and combines with the development process and present situation of the donated assets in our university.This paper studies the management of donated assets in H university by means of literature research,investigation and case analysis,and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the donated assets management in H university.Then this paper designs a more reasonable management framework for the universities and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
