With the deepening of the educational system and reform of China’s higher education has undergone enormous changes, the process of transformation of higher education is essentially a small number of elite education into public education, improving teaching, expand enrollment, increase capital university development investment is the only way to grow, the university as a modern society to cultivate talents higher education institutions, with considerable strength of financial support is one of the important conditions for running schools. But the reality is that most of our universities to stay in the main financial support to the government, so that management can not meet the needs of higher education development, but also a burden to the state investment, which is a real problem, as the university continues to expand enrollment number, the relative scarcity of college contradiction with generating facilities have become an obstacle to the development of higher education. For our country, the scarcity of educational resources in order to solve in a short time is unrealistic, which requires us to examine college asset management, distribution using a more scientific approach, a more accurate measurement for the college assets The configuration provides a more rational basis.
