Research On Countermeasures Of Young Teachers' Professional Quality Promotion In Senior High School In Baoding

Nowadays,as a teacher,it is far from enough to be just a pedagogue,but a director to cultivate high-quality talents developing in all aspects,such as morality,intelligence and physique,etc.In addition to imparting knowledge,educating people is more important for a teacher.That's to say,a teacher is more than a knowledge transmitter,but a life director and a famous educator.Only by establishing a good career ideal,a lifelong learning concept and constantly improving teaching qualities can a teacher achieve his professional goal.Due to national free normal education and the special-post program,the proportion of young teachers is becoming higher than ever,making them the main force of high school teachers in Baoding.As a result,young teachers' professional quality directly determines teaching quality of high schools.Conversely,how to improve the entire quality of young teachers is an important and urgent task to promote teaching quality of high schools.Based on the extensive reading of domestic and foreign educational theories,teachers' professional qualities are divided into five aspects,involving ethics quality,knowledge formulation,ability to literacy,as well as physical and psychological qualities.To find the root of the problems of young teachers' professional qualities and profoundly summarize the factors influencing their quality promotion,this paper adopts such research methods as questionnaires and interviews to undertake a statistical analysis.Aiming at enhancing young teachers' professional qualities,this paper mainly explores countermeasures from three aspects,individuals,high schools and society involved.
