In order to promote the development of education and teaching towards modernization in China,it is necessary for teachers to continuously improve their professional qualities.China is actively promoting a new round of basic education reform and innovation,and the requirements for the professional teaching level of high school teachers are increasingly high.In the process of teachers’ professional development,young teachers are at the primary stage and have strong plasticity.To promote young teachers’ professional growth,it is required to help each other with peers in teaching practice and reflect in practice,which is also an important value embodiment of polishing lessons.Therefore,in order to promote the professional development of young teachers,it is necessary to make full use of the growth platform of high-quality polishing classes and continuously improve the teaching level of teachers.In view of the specific implementation and plan of high-quality courses,different schools have diverse schemes.The effect of the formulated plan and the specific implementation is not the same,and the aspects and effect of the polishing process for the professional development of young teachers are also uneven.In view of this background,this article aims to study the reflection and evaluation methods of young teachers on high-quality course polishing,what are the specific aspects of the role of high-quality course polishing on the professional development of young teachers,and according to the specific aspects of high-quality course polishing courses that affect the professional development of young teachers.This article aims to put forwards some specific solutions on how to improve the role of high-quality lessons in promoting the professional development of young teachers.In this study,a combination of questionnaire survey and interview methods was used to select 100 young teachers from Xinxiang No.1 High School,Henan Province as the research subjects.The practical experiences of teachers in high-quality lesson teaching were described and reorganized.Young English teachers G and Z from Xinxiang No.1 High School,Henan Province were selected as the interview subjects to be asked about their views on high-quality lesson polishing process.Through this questionnaire survey and interview analysis,it was found that there are still many shortcomings in the participation of young teachers in high-quality classroom polishing activities and their professional development.Young teachers attach high importance to high-quality classroom polishing,but the basic services provided by the school need to be adjusted.The function of courses polishing to promote teacher professional growth needs to be fully realized,and teachers’ evaluation of high-quality courses polishing tends to be standardized.In addition,The evaluation standards for high-quality polishing courses are not perfect,and there is still a need to innovate standardized management models.In response to the above issues,this article proposes targeted improvement strategies that combine the needs of young teachers to create favorable conditions for the development of high-quality polishing courses,fully leverage the important role of polishing courses in promoting the professional development of young teachers,provide guarantees for the discussion and analysis of high-quality polishing courses with teachers,and standardize the management of high-quality polishing courses and evaluation.In addition,a case study of Teacher S was selected to summarize the experience of Teacher S in polishing the high-quality lessons,which provides reference for the professional development of young teachers.
