Teacher professional development is an important issue in school management.Teacher professional development refers to the process in which teachers themselves persist in continuous learning to enrich the internal professional structure,from unfamiliar to mature,including teachers' professional knowledge,professional ability,professional affection and professional development awareness.There are a lot of researches on teachers' professional development,but most of them are not specific,lacking the theoretical researches and case studies.In this paper,the author will take the young teachers of senior high schools in Zhaoqing city as a case for further investigation,investigating the present situation of young teachers' professional development in the ordinary senior high school,and put forward some advanced and promoted school-based strategies,which will have an important practical significance to the education practice.This essay inspects the professional development of young teachers using literature method,questionnaire method,interviewing methods and so on,researching on the school-based promotion strategy for the professional development of young teachers in senior high school.The essay includes six chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction.Including the reasons for the topic selection,research purposes,research significance,research content,research methods,and the core concept definition.Chapter 2: Literature review.The existing researches at home and abroad on the professional development of teachers are sorted out and summarized,and the shortcomings of existing research are proposed.Clarify the relevant research in the early stage,clarify the research ideas,and lay the foundation for the research of the subject.Chapter 3: The investigation and research on the status of the professional development of young teachers in the ordinary senior high school,using questionnaires and interviews to collect the materials,then organize and statistically analyze the materialsChapter 4: Based on the survey results,summarize the problems existing in theprofessional development of young teachers in senior high school,and explore the factors affecting the professional development of young teachers in senior high school.Chapter 5: Combined with the actual situation of the school,the essay proposes a school-based promotion strategy for the professional development of young teachers in senior high school.Concluding part: summarize the research of this paper and point out the problems,and propose the direction of further research.
