The Research On Graduate Student Dissertation Quality Investigation And Countermeasures Of H University

Graduate education as an important part of the national innovation system,the quality of personnel training is directly related to the national comprehensive strength and core competitiveness of the upgrade.The level of thesis is the direct embodiment of the quality of graduate education.How to construct the quality monitoring system of graduate degree thesis is an important subject of current degree and graduate education reform.In this study,we first take the H master’s degree thesis as the research object,select the 2014,2015,2016 paper quality status data as support,through the relevant data analysis to reveal the quality of the status and the existing problems;followed by questionnaire survey The paper analyzes the factors that affect the quality of the dissertation,and the main influencing factors include poor mentoring,poor quality of students,lack of scientific research training,lack of school supervision and so on.Finally,based on the above analysis,The paper puts forward some suggestions on the quality control system,such as strengthening the mentor ’s job consciousness,setting up graduate students’ innovative projects,strengthening academic morality and academic standardization education,improving the proportion of double-blind examination,establishing the medium-term examination system and perfecting the self-evaluation system.
