The rapid development of information age,for E-learning digital and networking applications in colleges and universities more and more attention.When the Chinese enterprise E-learrning is applied to the height of enterprise training and management,application of E-learning in university is still in its infancy.The development of E-learning research in colleges and universities also have more than 10 years of history,but still has not obtained over,essentially it is the question about which there is a lot of subjective and objective,such as the lack of technical support,all levels of government does not support teachers and students for E-learning acceptance and the lack of recognition,and so on.In this paper,through the study of the status quo of Germany and China E-learning,analyzed the status of the development of E-learning in Germany and influence of E-learrning acceptance and recognition,mainly around the four aspects discussed in this paper,MOOC namely open online courses,a variety of mobile learning,serious games,and the application of electronic file cover,by their build form and the trend of development,to reflect on is suitable for the development of China’s E-learning trend and the status quo.Second,choose China and Germany two normal school of jiangxi normal university of science and technology and the normal university of freiburg,Germany through questionnaire investigation and analysis in the form of the two universities in the four dimensions of E-learning,including the network course,students of mobile learning,serious games and electronic file cover recognition and acceptance,and carries on the statistical analysis for the data from investigation,trying to clear Both of Chinese and German universities recognize and accept characteristics of E-learning and both of Chinese and German universities existing in the application of E-learning differences,in order to improve Chinese college application of E-learning offer some Suggestions.Finally,for the application of China E-learning teaching concrete analysis,from the teachers and the students’ information literacy to the system design and development as well as the government support and so on,and for the German universities of E-learning significance of Chinese thinking,to improve the E-learning to contribute in the application of colleges and universities.
