At present, Chinese economy is in the stage of high-speed development, and it ismore and more urgent to demand for higher professional ability and high-quality talents.However, Due to its emphasis on theory and single learning style, traditional talenttraining mode centered on school and classroom results in unsatisfactory learning effectand final influence of different degrees on employment. Thus a series of inevitableproblems occurs. In the light of these problems, Chinese higher vocational and technicalcolleges start to reform this kind of traditional talent training mode. Throughout history,German unique talent training mode of “dual system” is rewarded and respected in agood many countries. Talent training mode of “dual system” combines Germanvocational education closely with enterprise development to bring win-win situation toschools and enterprises: schools make further progress under talent training mode of“dual system” while enterprises also employ high-level talents who can meet actualdemands. German talent training mode of “dual system” is undoubtedly a strongreference. Since the1980s, talent training mode of “dual system” has been researchedcontinuously in our country. The mode of combination of working and learning togetherwith cooperation between school and enterprise can make use of respective advantagesof schools and enterprises to improve quality of talent training. Nonetheless, research onthe mode of combination of working and learning together with cooperation betweenschool and enterprise in China is still in exploratory stage. The front-line techniciansand managers mainly come from vocational colleges, therefore it is urgent to explore ateaching mode that conforms to the characteristics of Chinese higher vocational schoolsand implement combination of working and learning together with cooperation betweenschool and enterprise. With German dual system talent training mode as reference, thisthesis illustrates practical process and effect of Architectural Engineering Technologymajor of Sichuan College of Architectural Technology implementing combination modeof working, learning and researching to analyze concrete implementation steps andmethods of combination mode of working, learning and researching and a lot of keyproblems that need to be solved well during the period of reform so as to providereferential experience and basis when more higher vocational colleges adoptcombination mode of working, learning and researching in reform.
