This article carries on the extracurricular physical activities in Fangshan District primary school in Beijing city to carry out the research and analysis,the main purpose is to collate and analyze comprehensive extracurricular physical activities in Fangshan District primary school in Beijing city to carry out the situation,and ultimately reflected in the form of data,can directly reflect the real situation of extracurricular sports activities in Fangshan District primary school in Beijing city carry out,find out the Fangshan District primary school extracurricular sports activities are carried out in the process,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,the extracurricular sports activities of Fangshan District primary school in Beijing city to carry out the status quo as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,investigation method and interview method to carry out a detailed research on the current situation of extracurricular sports activities in Fangshan District primary school in Beijing city to carry out the following conclusions:(1)Beijing City,Fangshan District primary school,class-break setting-up exercise break running organizer is sports teachers,each exercise time in 25-30 minutes,by the school collective organization,the specific content is mainly broadcast gymnastics and running,some schools have aerobics and school calisthenics,in addition to the national flag on Monday morning break,the other most of the time for students in sports activities,the overall effect is good.(2)Beijing city Fangshan District big break activities of the main organizers of sports teachers and foreign teachers,the school organization is the organization,half of the schools can let students according to the hobby of free choice,the creation of the project are skipping,ball games,sports games,athletics,dance and so on,in the planning and deployment of the school site,and equipment to meet the basic activities,school leaders attach importance to high.(3)Beijing Fangshan District city primary school sports training in athletics,basketball,football,volleyball,martial arts,dance,aerobics,short weight control is mainly composed of sports,physical education teachers responsible for spare time training.Each training session is centered for 30-60 minutes.To participate in sports competitions,mainly in the city,District,school sports and individual events.(4)Primary school students of Fangshan District in Beijing participate in extracurricular sports activities for a clear reason,mainly hope that they can keep fit,cultivate interest and so on.Students' favorite extracurricular sports activities include track and field sports,ball games,sports games,martial arts and so on.The lack of appropriate projects,site equipment and active partners are the main negative factors that affect their participation in the event.(5)The characteristics of extracurricular sports activities in primary school of Fangshan District in Beijing is : the importance of class-break setting-up exercise efficiency and break running respect for students' development of the big break sports activities,pay attention to the small fat weight training,aerobics,dance class project development.(6)Extracurricular sports activities in Fangshan District primary school in Beijing still exist the problems that unbalanced extracurricular sports activities,lack of supervision and management of foreign teachers,less sports competition forms,single content of activities,and can not meet the needs of all students.(7)According to the existing problems in Fangshan District primary school extracurricular sports activities,the solution is to strengthen exchanges,promote the sharing of resources,improve and strengthen external supervision and management of teachers to carry out the different needs of students sports competition,flexible form,set up better extracurricular sports activities.
