aspects of physical quality,and promote intellectual,physical and mental pleasure,enhancing team spirit of cooperation projects.With the improvement of national economy,our country sports enterprise also in rapid development and reform,public awareness of the volleyball sport has been improved,on the school volleyball movement is becoming more and more attention.Volleyball is one of the important ways and means to carry out quality education,and has been a compulsory course in school.But most of the research on the present situation of volleyball sports in recent years are primary and secondary schools and the present situation of research of common colleges and universities,and vocational colleges as an important part of the school,is often overlooked.And,through the literature is influenced by many factors,most of the primary and middle school volleyball movement development situation is not ideal.And easily we ignore what's the situation of higher vocational college volleyball?So of volleyball in this study through the literature material law and vocational colleges for retrieval,research related to the review of the literature summary and induction,provide a reference for this study and theory support.Through questionnaire investigation,interview method,field survey,mathematical statistics method and so on part of shijiazhuang vocational colleges(8)related situation of volleyball sports were investigated.Investigation of shijiazhuang vocational college volleyball movement development present situation;To explore the influencing factors of shijiazhuang vocational college volleyball sports;Looking for shijiazhuang city of the existing problems in higher vocational college in volleyball.Analysis of reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.Hope for shijiazhuang vocational college volleyball sports development to provide the reference basis.Results show that:(1)the teachers: teachers age generally larger,general lack of young teachers,inadequate.Compared with teachers under the age of 40,50 years old of above of volleyball teachers more proportion.Teachers' professional titles,including associate professor title the highest proportion(54.2%),followed by the lecturer title.60.4% satisfied with the teacher's.Very not satisfied and not satisfied with the sum of the proportion of only 3.5%.In various activities organized by volleyball activities organized by the teachers is the most effective,most should carry out more.(2)the site equipment equipped with quantity can't well meet the needs of teachers and students in school,the quality situations of the exhaust is ideal,but the site resources use is not good,not enough emphasis.(3)fewer volleyball course selection,choice motivation is influenced by many factors,not stable.A reasonable course content but form needs to be innovative.(4)spare time to participate in the volleyball movement is not good,but will be able to participate in the students of volleyball movement,exercise time is reasonable and can be fully guaranteed.Publicity in the volleyball club.School competition less of the organization,students to participate in the situation is not ideal.(5)of shijiazhuang vocational college leadership of volleyball activities value degree is not very ideal,but there are still more than half of students think that school leadership on volleyball activity is general or more attention to.Restriction of shijiazhuang there are the factors of the higher vocational college volleyball activities,the main factors are teachers,students,space equipment and other hardware equipped with and using factors,curriculum,competition organization,school leadership attaches great importance to the level and other factors.Finally aimed at restricting factors from the field and the students,teachers and schools are proposed:(1)increase financial support,and also need to ensure that the venue of reasonable and effective use.(2)on campus,to make full use of all the campus propaganda,create favorable conditions for volleyball,gradual increase the involvement of students.(3)increase the participation of students,organize the volleyball match between teachers,indirect improve the students' interest in volleyball.(4)in volleyball teaching,increase classroom interesting,professional,let students experience fun at the same time can get a sense of achievement.(5)in addition to the classroom teaching,can also through the open club community,let more and more students know about volleyball,fall in love with volleyball.(6)School leaders should pay attention to,not to the attention of the volleyball,but to increase attention to sports.Increase student physique,students for sports participation naturally will increase.(7)His teacher is a very important factor,special aspects of teachers' in-service training,improve teachers' professional level and teaching ability,continuous innovation,with new knowledge is not out of line.
