Shijiazhuang Vocational College Sports Resources Configuration Status Quo Of The Research

Since entering the 21 st century, with the development of the higher vocational education and the "Decision of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education," the education scale and enrollment had promoted a lot on our country’s higher vocational education. The sports resource, as an important resource, is the material to ensure the conduct of Physical Education. At this stage, however, investment and construction of college sports resources is serious lag, and affected the development of sports in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the sports resources development, it can’t immediately solve the problem of lack of sports resources in higher vocational colleges rely on the government’s funds only, higher vocational colleges should make more effort to develop and utilize the existing sports resources. Colleges should improve the interoperability and the rationality of sports resource by improving the utilization of sports resources in higher vocational colleges, can make the limited sports resources play a proper function, so as to speed up the integration of sports resources and meet the demand of social sports resources in colleges and universities, and also, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of sports undertakings in higher vocational colleges.This study, taking 23 of Shijiazhuang Vocational Colleges as the research object, using literature data, surveys, mathematical statistics and other research methods, has made a detailed investigation on Sports Resource Allocation in Shijiazhuang City, it showed that the age and educational structure of the teachers of higher vocational colleges in Shijiazhuang are reasonable, the sports skill level is relatively high, but the specialty of the teachers are mostly traditional, and the number of the teachers on the new projects is less; Capital resources on the higher vocational colleges and universities are mainly funded by the school, there is a problem of limited resources, shortage of funds, single type and low quantity of the equipment and the development and utilization rate is not high. As for information resources, as the main way to get information, the internet and academic exchange, the library and other resources update is lag. It should strengthen the construction of teachers and optimize the teaching staff to improve the allocation of sports resources in Shijiazhuang vocational colleges; it should increase the investment in sports, expand the sources of sports funds, improve the utilization rate of the equipment and the construct the information resources. Through the optimization of the sports resources in Shijiazhuang, the maximized utilization efficiency will promote the development of physical education in Shijiazhuang vocational colleges.
