In 1958,after the “Great Leap Forward” began,due to the shortage of labor force,many industries saw the phenomenon of “taking women as men”.The objective environment required women to engage in jobs that were previously only available to men.In this way,the guidance of political public opinion and the needs of the objective environment have created conditions for the emergence of female images such as Mu Guiying and Hua Mulan.During this period,a large number of female heroins adhered to the socialist road and contributed their own lifelong energy to the party and the people.In this large number of typical cases,Lu Yulan,born in Dongliu Shangu Village,Linxi County,Xingtai City,Hebei Province,is extremely prominent.After graduating from high school,she returned home to work as the president of the village’s agricultural production cooperative and is the youngest in New China.Co-op president.The model of female labor represented by Lv Yulan as the leader in agricultural production actively participated in production activities,which not only promoted economic and social development but also left precious spiritual wealth for socialist construction.This article takes Lu Yulan as a representative of the female labor model that began the comprehensive construction of socialist period as the research object,and uses the combination of macroscopic grasp and microscopic case analysis to combine research methods.It mainly investigates the generation basis,outstanding performance and historical enlightenment of female labor model during 1956-1966.,And find out its value orientation to contemporary society.The introduction concisely studies the theoretical and practical values of the female labor model of the agricultural labor front represented by Lu Yulan as the representative for the comprehensive construction of socialism,combing out the research status of the topic,introducing the research methods used in this paper,and the research of this article.Focus and innovation.The first part of the thesis mainly analyzes the foundation of the beginning of the overall construction of the female labor model in socialism.First of all,in the first half of the 20 th century,China experienced warlords,wars against resistance,the People’s War of Liberation,and the social economy was severely damaged.Therefore,the most important task after the founding of the People’s Republic is to restore the national economy as soon as possible.Under such circumstances,mobilization of all available labor to participate in the domestic economic construction becomes the primary task.Under such circumstances,women,especially most rural women,are highly concerned by the party and the government as "potential labor" and "great human resources." Secondly,the maturity of the Chinese Communist Party in the theory of women’s liberation provided theoretical support for women’s participation in social productive labor,and at the same time,it clarified the protection of women’s rights.Thirdly,during the period of the beginning of the comprehensive construction of socialism,the discovery,promotion and recognition of female labor model workers have enriched the expression of female labor models during this period.Finally,through the promotion of female model workers,there was a strong social response and positive social effects.The second part of the paper specifically analyzes the personal deeds and moral character of Lu Yulan.Lv Yulan,who lived in an open family since he was a child,has a positive personality,optimistic and cheerful personality,and is strict with himself and upright.As the youngest co-operative president since the founding of New China,he led the villagers in fighting sandstorms,fighting salt and alkalis,planting trees and recultivating trees,and digging wells,thus making a tremendous contribution to changing the poverty of his hometown.From 1955 to 1962,Lv Yulan led the masses to plant 110,000 trees on sandy land and formed four windbreak forest belts,which fundamentally improved the agricultural production conditions in Dongliushan Village.The forces contributed by Lu Yulan in the cooperative movement and socialist construction have played a significant role in the collective.In the community formed a good social atmosphere for learning Lu Yulan.With the training of the Communist Party and the government,combined with his experience in practical work,Lu Yulan has formed a selfless collectivist world outlook,outlook on life,and values.As the female model workers who grew up among the farmers,the deeds and spirit of Lu Yulan are more easily recognized and followed by the masses.The third part of the thesis mainly summarizes the positive influence and the contemporary value of the rural female labor model in the beginning of the comprehensive construction of socialism.The female labor model that began to comprehensively build socialism has had a tremendous impact on all aspects of society.On the one hand,the phenomenon of female laborers in this period has motivated the majority of women to walk out of their homes and walk into society.Women participate in social production and labor,which not only meets the needs of economic development,but also participates in social labor to improve women’s status and promote family harmony.To a certain extent,it stabilized social order.On the other hand,the female model workers moulded during this period also have certain deficiencies,such as the propaganda image is too perfect,the character image is in an absolute state,and it deviates from the specific living environment to some extent.The beginning of the comprehensive construction of socialist female labor models made us deeply realize that women can only identify their own role orientation when they participate in social labor.Women can make use of their potential and establish a scientific and reasonable concept of labor in order to realize the free and comprehensive development of women.By studying the female labor model represented by Lu Yulan,she further clarified the positive effects of female model workers under specific historical conditions.Female labor models laid the foundation for socialist construction by actively participating in social production and labor;Deeds and achievements of the excellent moral character of female labor models provide useful lessons for the development of various social undertakings in today’s society.
