With the deepening of educational informatization,cloud computing,big data,virtual reality and other new technologies are swarming into the field of education,and the influence of information technology on education reform is becoming increasingly evident.Under such an historical background,in order to adapt to the needs of the development of the information age,educators should actively create an informatization learning environment by using information technology,promote the transformation of teaching models,and teaching concepts,promote the integration of information technology and daily subject teaching.IN March 2012,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Ten Years of Education Informatization Development Plan(2011-2020)" proposed to speed up the construction of vocational education informatization,support the cultivation of highly qualified and skilled personnel,innovate educational content,and promote the integration of information technology and curriculum,focus on enhancing the teachers' ability to use modern information technology.This paper relies on the training of micro-education in secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province,and comprehensively applies the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Based on the actual needs of teachers in secondary vocational schools,this paper constructs a hybrid micro-course training model for teachers in secondary vocational colleges.And through actual micro-education training,conduct empirical research,explore the implementation of hybrid micro-course training,and provide reference for follow-up research.This study consists six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly discuss the research background,purpose and significance,research status and research methods,research status and research process and thesis framework.The second part is the related conception and theoretical basis.It mainly introduces the conceptions of micro-lecture,micro-lecture training and blended micro-lecture training as well as the theoretical basis of the research.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of teachers' blended micro-lecture training in secondary vocational schools,including the analysis of the existing training mode,the teacher's production ability of micro-lecture,the analysis of We Chat public platform's attention,and so on.The fourth part is the construction of the hybrid micro-lecture training model for teachers in secondary vocational schools.Based on the previous analysis and pattern design principles,we build a hybrid training mode,which lays a good foundation for training.The fifth part is the application of the mixed micro-lecture training model for teachers in secondary vocational schools and the empirical research of training mode.According to the specific steps of training mode,we explain the training effect and analyze the training effect.The sixth part is the summary and prospect,summarize the research,put forward Innovations,expound the shortcomings.At the same time,it also puts forward the prospects for the future micro-lecture training.
