With the rapid development of new media technology,Micro-lecture has also been fully penetrated into the field of education and teaching to provide new ways and means for traditional education.More and more researchers,teachers and students have been concerned it.Especially in the field of higher vocational education,the Micro-lecture has the characteristics of "terse and forceful" and "repeatable watch",which is consistent with teaching objectives of professional skills and post competencies,so it can help to promote the vocational skills of vocational college students,and cultivate post competence.However,most of the researches on Micro-lectures in vocational colleges mostly fall on the aspects of knowledge transfer and humanistic.The study in professional skills and practice is lack of theoretical support and paradigmical reference.A feature of the difference between higher vocational colleges and Undergraduate colleges is the training of post competency of skilled talents.Therefore,this study focuses on Micro-lecture of skills,to a certain " Photoshop Graphics and Image Processing " course in higher vocational colleges as an example,discusses the design and application of Micro-lecture of skills,to rich learning resource in higher vocational colleges,and provide new method and train of thought for the curriculum of skill.This paper uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the case study method to analyze and investigate the present situation of the design and application of Micro-lecture of skills in higher vocational colleges,to explore the needs and feasibility of implementation of it.After defining the concept of skill class,analyzing the design principles and applying principles,the design model is constructed and applied to teaching practice.This study mainly discusses from the following aspects: The first part mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the study,the research methods and framework,defines the concept of Micro-lecture of skills,classifies the research status of it in higher vocational colleges;In the second part,on the basis of the questionnaire survey of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges,there has a certain demand and feasibility of that;The third part is to construct the design model of Micro-lecture of skills,design and develop Micro-lecture of the "Photoshop Graphics and Image processing" course,and introduce the design,development and implementation process of it.The teaching practice shows that the Micro-lecture of skills have a certain positive role for higher vocational college students' professional skills.In the fourth part,the conclusion of this study is summarized and the direction of further research is clarified.
