Group cooperative learning has the advantages of improving students' cooperative exploration ability, helping to exert students' subjective initiative and cultivating students' innovative spirit, and has been widely used in various disciplines.Group cooperative learning provides a platform for students to cooperate and promote each other, brings vitality to classroom instruction, promotes the communication between teachers and students and the communication among students and makes students play their main role.It can let students expend the amount of information in the learning process and improve themselves in the cooperation. Therefore, the group cooperative learning has gained the enthusiasm of the front line teachers in the subject teaching. However,in the actual group cooperative learning, the students in the group often show that they are not active, just do their own things and don't care about other students. There is no real cooperation between the team members and the actual effect of cooperative learning is not obvious.Due to the unreasonable grouping of some schools, the cooperation of the group was left to an empty shelf, which was only in the form. The author believes that the construction of study group directly affects team members in cooperation.Holland divides personality into six types: practical,research-based,conventional,social,artistic and entrepreneurial. He believes that, under the same conditions, the suitability or consistency of people and environment will increase work enthusiasm of individual, promote stable development of the career and enhance the sense of achievement. The cooperative learning group can be regarded as a miniature society, with members having different roles and responsibilities.Hollander Occupational Interest Test can help us to understand students, analyze students' interest and specialty and help students find the right role in the team, letting students give full play to their interests and talents,so as to form a highly efficient and comprehensive cooperation study group.Based on the research of senior high school physics cooperative learning groups and the data provided by literature and questionnaires we made,we have found the importance of group cooperative learning as well as its deficiencies in practice.Through analyzing these deficiencies, they can be effectively improved by establishing scientific and reasonable learning groups. This paper discusses the correlation between physics learning and six types of Hollander Occupational Interest Test. Therefore,we held a test for high school students with suitable questions on the basis of Holland's Occupational Interest Test questions,a test that has broken through the limitations of seat grouping in the past. Then,we set new learning groups according to the test result. Each newly-founded group included students with different hobbies and interests, whose result were almost same.By this approach, the students could not only encourage, love and help each other, but fully showed their abilities and specialties, thus, they would enjoy a common and comprehensive development. In order to testify the feasibility of these learning groups,we made follow-up records for them and distributed questionnaires to students again about their degree of satisfaction and suggestions to the learning groups.Judging from the questionnaires and comparation of students' result,we believe that the collaborative learning groups based on Hollander Occupational Interest Test can effectively improve the problems in cooperative learning, truly play a role in cooperative learning, and improve teaching effectiveness. This paper applies Hollander Occupational Interest Test to physics learning cooperative groups and probes into the form of them.We expect to find a way that can make a difference on group cooperative learning and provide some reference for our peers and other subjects.
