Interest groups refer to the groups which are made of the people who share the commoninterests or goals. They gamble with government and other interest groups, thus enablethemselves to achieve more benefit.Along with social reforming and socialist market economy organizational reform, thefunction of interest groups which display to our country social economy life is more and moreobvious. During the period of constructing the socialism harmonious society and well-offsociety, interest group's existence and the development as well as the unceasing changes ofthe power of various interest groups have become the noticeable important influence factorday by day. How deepens the understanding of interest group and guides the healthydevelopment of interest group has become the important topic which the theorists faces.On the foundation of profiting more form research results of interest group made by thescholar from domestic and foreign, This article unifies the reality of our country and attemptsto systematicaly study the present situation, existence question at the present stage as well asfuture development of our country interest groups .The purpose of the article is to provide thevaluable theory reference for the further healthy coordinated development of interest groupsin our country. This paper contains four Sections:The first part explains the concept,the characteristic of interest group and thesignificance of researching this topic . The second part analyses the present situation and the problem of interest group, stressesthe reason which caused the problem. The third part explains the other countries' experience on the adjustment underlyingpolicy of interest group as well as the enlightenment to our country. The fourth part analysis the basic principle and the countermeasure which guides thehealthy development of the interest groups in our country .
