In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to the ideological and moral education of school students.With the promulgation of a series of policy documents,higher vocational colleges have begun to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ professional ethics education.In the development of preschool education,they have also realized that the importance of kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics construction.And the“Child Abuse” incident of preschool teachers,which has become frequent,has pushed preschool education to the peak of public opinion.It should be a kindergarten teacher who is full of love,respects young children,and is a teacher,but has become the protagonist of“child abuse”,although this is only a minority.The teacher’s behavior,however,also reflects the decline of some preschool teachers’ professional ethics.Preschool teachers are not only educators’ identities,but also children’s game partners.They are children’s second “mother”and are children’s close friends.The students in the preschool education major in higher vocational colleges are the future first-line preschool teachers whose quality directly affects the quality of preschool education.In all qualities,professional ethics occupies a leading position.The level of professional ethics directly influences the selection of future work attitudes and behaviors.Professional ethics education has particularly important significance and role for preschool education students.The basic framework of this article is as follows:The first part is introduction.This chapter introduces the research background,research purpose,and research significance.Defines the concept of higher vocational colleges,preschool education,professional ethics,professional moral education,and summarizes domestic and foreign professional ethics education in preschool education in higher vocational colleges.The analysis,at the same time,introduced the research ideas,research contents and research methods of this article.The second part is the theoretical basis.This chapter introduces the connotation of vocational education for preschool education students in higher vocational colleges.The theoretical basis of professional moral education is introduced from Kohlberg’s moralcognition development theory,Huang Yanpei’s professional ethics education thought,Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory,and Zhang Xuemen’s preschool teacher practice thought.The third part,the questionnaire survey method was used to select the students of preschool education major in Hebei Vocational and Technical College for Women as the research objects.From the students ’ understanding and affection to preschool education,students ’ cognition of professional ethics,school’s attention to professional ethics education,the time arrangement of the students ’ professional ethics education,the classroom teaching method,the professional ethics education mode that students think is suitable for their own development,the satisfaction of teachers ’ professional moral quality and the situation of professional ethics in classroom teaching,and the influence of family on students ’professional ethics education are analyzed in four aspects.The results of the investigation were analyzed.Through analysis,the problems existing in professional moral education of preschool education students in higher vocational colleges are clarified: First,preschool education students have a complex source of students and a low professional identity;Second,the preschool education department does not invest enough in student professional moral education;Third,preschool education department pays less attention to students ’professional ethics education;Fourth,the teaching methods of professional moral education are traditionally monotonous;Fifth,professional moral education is lacking in scientific assessment.The forth part mainly aims at the problems existing in professional ethics education of preschool education students in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the students’ professional ethics education.It mainly includes four aspects: First,change educational concepts and create a good campus atmosphere,enhance the status of professional ethics education;Second,improve the preschool education professional ethics education curriculum;Third,strengthen the construction of teachers ’ team;Four is to give full play to the role of society and family,to help professional ethics education.The fifth part is the conclusion.This chapter mainly summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings and improvements.
