Study Of Career Moral Education On Students Of Pre-school Education Major In Higher Vocational Colleges

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party,with Xi Jinping as general secretary,the party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the development of preschool c hildren's physical and mental health,and it is proposed in the government work report of 2016 from Li Keqiang;“from home to school,from government to society,we must take responsibility for the children's safety and health growth,and together we will hold up hope for tomorrow.” Preschool education students have certain particularity in Higher Vocational College,and their basic theory and practice of literacy of students Chinese affect the next generation,and the whole nation's hope is carried by children's education and culture.It needs to create a fair and harmonious education mechanism and humanistic environment for them.Teachers in higher vocational colleges should recognize the situation and grasp the goals,and put the preschool students of preschool majors in the first place.This paper tries to discuss the current situation and existing problems of the professional ethics of preschool education students in higher vocational colleges,and based on the work environment,work experience,teacher and student interview,electronic questionnaire and other methods.We discuss from the relevant curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges in less proportion;the course being lack of time,knowledge being difficult to unity;a single teaching method,paying attention to moral construction efforts sermons;inadequate schools,mostly for vocational education;the lack of school education the evaluation system being effective;the students lacking professional identity;social factors and so on.Finally we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and improvement measures: studying from the preschool education legislation,government guaranteeing resources inclusive;preschool education curriculum reform;strengthening the construction of teachers;giving full play to the leading role practice base;paying attention to the cultivation of students' sense of occupation identity.
