In the21st century, with the constant development of human society, highervocational education has already stepped into the prosperous development phrase.Confronting the expectation from society and people, teachers of higher vocationalcolleges especially the professional ethics status of young teachers and the teachermoral cultivation cannot meet people’s satisfaction. The issue of “moral teachertraining” has become one of the focuses that all society pay commonly attention to.With the rapid development of the economy and the dramatic change of the society,whether the young teachers in higher vocational colleges could build correctprofessional ethics value will directly involve the development of higher vocationaleducation business in our country, involve whether the guiding principles foreducation of party and country could be fully implemented in higher vocationalcolleges, involve whether the higher vocational education could advance thedevelopment of economy and society and jointly build the harmonious socialistsociety.The study adopts the method of investigation, compiles Questionnaire ofProfessional ethics Status of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges, Throughquestionnaire and interview, I understand that the professional ethics status of youngteachers in current higher vocational colleges in four aspects of innovative expression,which are classroom teaching, teachers and students intercourse, colleague intercourseand education teaching. It makes data process to the investigation results, and theresults reveal that:(1) the professional ethics level of young teachers in highervocational colleges is generally higher, among which, the innovative expression of colleague intercourse and education teaching is relatively good, and the aspects ofclassroom teaching and teachers and students intercourse are relatively poor.(2) Partsof the young teachers in higher vocational colleges have some behaviors that violatethe professional ethics criterion of teachers in concrete behaviors.(3) Young teachersin higher vocational colleges under different background have disparities. This paperanalyzes the reasons on account of the existing problems in the investigation, andbelieves that it is the following factors that result in the problems:(1) at the level ofyoung teacher: lack priority to education of higher vocational colleges; do not paymuch attention to enhance self-improvement.(2) At the level of school: lackassessment system and evaluation system to the professional ethics level of youngteachers; lack incentive mechanism of professional ethics of young teachers; theprofessional ethics of external young teachers has hidden danger; lack professionalethics training to young teachers.(3) At the level of society: the evil habits produceinfluence on professional ethics criterion of young teachers in higher vocationalcolleges; lack normative document on professional ethics of higher vocationalcolleges; management system aiming at teachers in higher vocational colleges areimperfect. The research believes that current problems in young teacher’s team ofhigher vocational colleges should be improved in the following aspects:(1) youngteachers in higher vocational colleges should enhance their self moral cultivation, paymore attention to higher vocational education, elevate professional ethicsconsciousness, strengthen study, change their obsolete teaching view and teacher view.(2) Higher vocational colleges should exert features of higher vocational education,fully implement the importance of practical education, enhance the vocational moraleducation of young teachers at every phrase of vocational development when onboard, establish and perfect the assessment system of teacher professional ethics,introduce the student monitoring mechanism to advance the democratizationdevelopment of teacher and student relationship, enlarge the propaganda degree ofprofessional ethics of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, build soundcampus environment, improve and perfect the management system of externalteachers in higher vocational colleges, and decrease risk factors of professional ethicsof external teachers.
