Higher vocational colleges, bear the socialist modernization construction cultivate the high-quality talents with historical mission. It's essential factors for high-quality application talents to good professional morality. Strengthening the professional ethics education, propose to improve college students' ideological and moral quality comprehensively, realize the comprehensive requirements of students development, improve their abilities of university students' morals, university students' moral identification ability and college students' employment ability, adapt them to the requirements of enterprises and institutions, complete higher vocational college students' employment tasks, enhance the competitiveness of the colleges, and promote the healthy development of the colleges. However, the study showed the students themselves underpowered, learning goals are not clear, the discipline is bad, weak, and collective consciousness prevailed, reluctant to offer sound, the humanities spirit relatively scarce is worrying, and many other factors to the students form good professional morality quality exerted significant negative impact. Strengthening the professional ethics education task is urgent, and extremely necessary.With China's higher vocational education's rapid development, professional morality education gained fruitful development, achieved obvious results. But it is far from meet the need of the society, lags behind the development of higher vocational colleges. Through literature study, questionnaire and example analysis and comparison research method, we can know there are main question for the education as following:firstly, higher vocational college take no count of students' professional ethics of emotional experience. Vocational moral educators lay stress on ethical theory knowledge and norms of behavior, are short of training ability of choosing and judgment moral during emotion experience, result in dissatisfaction students' ability of professional ethics, the effect of internalization is not very ideal. Secondly, it's out-of-date for contents of professional morality education, not enough science. It doesn't connect with major closely, reflects different industry characteristics according to various industry professional ethics features, poor in maneuverability. Third, it's not science of the evaluating mechanism of college student's professional morality education. Main show is: pay attention to professional ethics cognitive evaluation, not ethical ability, to the written form, not multiple ways of evaluation, to academic achievement, not comprehensive evaluation. Fourthly, there are not enough teachers of professional morality education. Teachers play key role in the education, some of them lacking of studios and teaching demeanor phenomenon.According to the professional ethics education existing problems, students' own features, we try to strengthen professional morality education from the following measures:firstly, government and society should improve professional ethics education environment, such as guidance in public opinion, creating external excellent environment for college students. Secondly, higher vocational colleges play role in college students' ethical education. For example, improving their professional ethics education status and curriculum system, innovating professional ethics education content effectually, reforming education evaluation system to establish scientific mechanism, perfecting the aid-the-poor programmed system to strengthen students' emotional experience in practice, to improve the education effectively. Third, college's teachers ought to take education for different major students, such as higher vocational colleges, enhancing the professional emotions by combining professional ethics education and professional education, enhancing the effect by better education method; teachers should improve their professional ethics, exemplary virtue. Fourthly, students should play the subjectivity use in vocational moral education. For example, learning is a method of cultivating professional morality ability, to make aim is a method of mould the personal and professional moral emotions; His career is a method of cultivating college students' professional moral will, self-examination is comprehensive cultivation method to cultivate occupational ethics knowledge, personal professional moral emotion and will.
