Education in primary school is the foundation of education of basic,and it is also the basis of the whole national education,primary school teachers are the key to the success of education.As the education system is updated,the introduction of new teachers in primary schools has injected new vitality and fresh blood into the primary school teacher’s team.At the same,because the new teacher is inexperience,they will inevitably encounter all kinds of difficult problems.Induction education,as a new teacher,was born.Induction education is the bridge between pre-service education and in-service education,it plays an important role and is an important part of teacher education integration.By joining induction education,new teachers can grow quickly in the short time,induction education can effectively promote the professional development of new teachers,can improve the professional quality of new teachers,can effectively alleviate the anxiety of new teachers in the mud and reduce the rate of new teacher turnover.Induction education is an essential part of new teachers’ professional growth.However,China’s research on new teacher induction started late and has not been noticed for a long time in China.There are many areas where there is no awareness of the importance of this issue,the effect is not obvious,the research on the implantation effect of new teachers in primary school in education needs further research.Therefore,the author hopes to pass a small survey,to point into the surface,learning more about the implantation effect of new teachers in author’s internship school,and provide reference and enlighten to other schools.This paper is based on questionnaire survey and the interview is supplemented,questionnaires were designed from eight dimensions and investigated,the eight dimensions are: 1.the basic situation of the new teacher;2.the new teacher’s knowledge of the induction education;3.the new teacher’s knowledge of the education requirement survey;4.the help of content of induction education to new teachers;5.the new teacher’s view of the induction model;6.the new teacher’s views on the rationality of the induction evaluation;7.the new teacher’s recognition of thetrainer of induction education;8.the overall evaluation of the effect of new teacher on induction education.To explore implantation effect of new teacher in Shijiazhuang city W primary school,analyze the influence factors of induction education effect,and propose an improved strategy for improving the implementation effect of induction education.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction: including the proposed issues,research significance,domestic and foreign literature review,research ideas,the definition of related concepts and methods and innovative points and so on.The second part is the theoretical basis: It mainly includes teacher education integration theory,Lifelong education theory and the elementary school teachers’ professional development theory.The third part is about the investigation and analysis of the implementation effect of new teacher of W primary school in Shijiazhuang.On the one hand,the specific design of the research plan was given.On the other hand is analysis of the findings by questionnaire and interview.The fourth part is main factor which restrict the implementation effect of new teacher of W primary school in Shijiazhuang.The fifth part is about the improvement strategy of the implementation effect of new teacher of W primary school in Shijiazhuang.Improvement measures mainly from society,school,pre-employment teacher education and teacher four aspects.
