Induction training is the key link between pre-service training and in-service education,and plays an important role in teacher education.From the perspective of career planning,this study investigates the current situation of new primary school teachers’ induction training in H district of T city through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the collected data,and finds that the main problems are: insufficient attention to training;the implementation of training system is not in place;the training content tends to be theoretical and simplified;the training form falls into a pattern;training evaluation is out of touch with the actual work of new teachers.The reasons are as follows: the demand for new teachers has not been paid attention to;the training system needs to be improved;the training content lacks practicality;the training form is old and single;the training evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Based on the analysis of the above reasons,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward: paying attention to the orientation training plan;strengthen the management of induction training;optimize the content of induction training;enrich the forms of induction training;explore an effective evaluation mechanism for induction training.I hope to achieve the goal of promoting the professional development of new primary school teachers,clarifying career planning and improving the effect of induction training.
