Biological experiment is an effective way for students to acquire knowledge,comprehend scientific connotation and learn scientific inquiry methods.The new curriculum reform requires the cultivation of students’ ability to practice,analyze and solve problems.Therefore,we must attach importance to experimental teaching,play the role of experimental teaching.However,teachers guide and inspire students to think in practical biological experiment teaching in consciousness is weak,only to cultivate the students’ operating skills,ignoring the development of thinking,leading to the experiment teaching quality is low,and students have a few gain.In order to improve the quality of biological experiment teaching,this study applies the problem teaching method to the high school biological experiment teaching,and proves the feasibility and validity of it in teaching practice.It is hoped that this research can provide reference for the follow-up researcher.This study combines theory with practice,explores the application of problem teaching method in biology experiment teaching in senior high school.The problem teaching method is suitable for different types of experiments,and has certain advantages,without changing the advantages of verification experiment,also to cultivate students ’inquiry,but also to optimize the exploratory experiment,improve students’ inquiry experiment organized,orderly and efficient.Design a number of teaching cases,and teaching practice test.This study adopts questionnaire survey method,educational experiment method,statistical analysis method,selects two parallel classes of high one students as the research object,prior to the students in the two classes before the test,to understand student achievement and learning interest and problem consciousness etc.The experimental class adopts the problem teaching method,the control class using traditional teaching method,teaching experiment for a semester,observe the learning behavior of students in the teaching process,and the experimental object in practice after the teaching.A comparative analysis of the experimental class and the control class through SPSS22.0 software,it is concluded that the problem teaching method can improve students’ learning interest and problem consciousness in biology,helps to cultivate students’ cooperative learning,innovation ability and scientific spirit,validity fully demonstrates the validity of the application of problem teaching method in biology experiment teaching in senior high school.
