| The PBL teaching method has been widely used in the education and teaching of all kinds of schools at all levels in our country,but there are still some problems in the application of physical education teaching.By analyzing the application of PBL teaching in high school volleyball teaching,this paper finds that PBL teaching has certain positive effects in improving students’ sports skills,cultivating students’ interest,enhancing physical fitness,promoting learning ability,and enhancing teamwork.This study uses literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,experiments and other research methods to select two physical education classes in the first grade of Yuwen Middle School in Jilin City as the experimental objects for comparative experimental research.Among them,the PBL teaching method is mainly used in the teaching of the experimental class,and the traditional teaching method is mainly used in the teaching of the control class.After the 10-week teaching experiment with 2class hours per week,the students’ motor skills and physical fitness were tested,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the students’ emotional performance,cooperative spirit and learning interest to explore the teaching effectiveness of the PBL teaching method.The research results and conclusions are as follows:1)Compared with traditional teaching classes,the use of PBL teaching classes in high school volleyball teaching has significantly improved students’ volleyball skills.Whether it is serving,passing,cushing ball technical evaluation and technical standard testing,compared with the control class,there is a significant improvement.Sexual differences,indicating that PBL teaching is more effective than traditional teaching methods in improving students’ motor skills.2)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the use of PBL teaching method in high school volleyball teaching cannot significantly improve the physical quality of students.Therefore,high schools should increase the time and frequency of in-class or extra-curricular physical exercise to improve students’ physical quality.3)After the experiment,there are significant differences in the emotional performance and cooperative spirit of the PBL teaching class compared with the traditional teaching class,indicating that the use of PBL teaching is better than that of traditional teaching methods in improving students’ emotional performance and cooperative spirit.teaching effect.4)After the experiment,the learning interests of the students in the PBL teaching class were significantly different from those in the traditional teaching class in the dimensions of active interest,autonomy and inquiry,sports participation,and sports attention.It shows that compared with the traditional teaching method,the use of PBL teaching has a better teaching effect in improving students’ interest in learning. |
