With the development of positive psychology,research have been focused on the positive aspect of individual psychology.Recent years,learning engagement has been a new research interest.The meaning of learning engagement is that the students are positive and have persistent,conscious and persistent attitude towards learning tasks in learning process.There is a close relationship among learning engagement,time management orientation and academic self-efficacy.The academic performance of the high school student could be improved in way of improving their learning engagement.Therefore,this thesis discusses the concept,current situation and influencing factors of high school students' learning engagement deeply.For one thing this study can enrich the insight of this field,for another hand the thesis can also provide the students with advice and theoretical basis.This study attempts to explore the relationship among time management orientation of the high school students,academic self-efficacy and learning engagement.A total of 550 high school students were investigated in this study.The questionnaires was conducted in the same time and the teachers are in charge of supervise.Finally,unified collection was conducted in a specified time.The study discussed the characteristics of the senior high school students' learning engagement.and analysis of high school students time management orientation,academic self-efficacy influence on learning engagement,and explores the relationship among with the time management orientation,academic self-efficacy and learning engagement.It turned out that:1.In the aspect of time management orientation,The time management orientation of the class leaders is higher than that of the others;This trend is also found in student' parents with higher education towards time management.In the aspect of academic self-efficacy,the academic self-efficacy of the class leader is higher than that of non class leaders.In the aspect of learning engagement,girls more likely to engage in learning than boys.2.There exist a significant positive correlation among time management orientation,academic self-efficacy and learning engagement.Also,there is a significant positive correlation between academic self-efficacy and learning engagement.3.The high school students' time management orientation has a predictive effect on learning engagement.4.The high school students' academic self-efficacy can predict learning engagement.5.The mediating model was established with the time management orientation as the independent variable,the academic self-efficacy as the intermediary variable,and the learning engagement as the dependent variable.The results show that the models provide a better fit to the real data,and all the index are achieved.The academic self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between time management orientation and learning engagement.
