The effect and external factors of academic self-efficacy are always focused research field for educational institutions,educators and psychologists.In recent ten years,our country's researchers have done a lot of research on the relationship between time management tendencies and students' academic self-efficacy.Others have studied the relationship between time management tendencies and academic performance and the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic performance.But there are few studies on the relationship between and among the three,especially for the group of vocational high school students.This study mainly analyzes the differences and relationship in demographics between and among the three variables of time management tendency,academic self-efficacy and academic achievement.This research can provide some research data about the three factors.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 301 students from a vocational high school in Hebei province.Here are the following conclusions:(1)There is no gender and grade difference in the time management tendency of the vocational high school students;there is no gender differences in academic self-efficacy,but in the grade,the grade three have higher self-efficacy than the grade one;in the academic performance,the girls' scores are generally better than the boys'.(2)Vocational school students' academic self-efficacy is significantly related to time management disposition in all dimensions.(3)The academic self-efficacy and the time management tendency of the vocational high school students have a positive correlation with the academic achievement,and the academic self-efficacy plays a mediating role between the time management tendency and the academic achievement.
