The Research About The Relationship Of Pressure Perception,Creative Self-Efficacy And College Students' Creativity

Drawing from the cognitive activation theory of stress,based on the three core assumptions of the theory,this paper constructs the model of the impact of college students' stress perception on creativity,and on this basis,it adds creative self-efficacy and explores the relationship among them.This study first combs the domestic and foreign literatures and defines the core concepts of the three constructs in this study,including creativity,stress perception and creative self-efficacy.Then,this study expounds the core hypothesis of cognitive activation theory of stress,and uses these hypothesis to propose a mediating model of stress perception,creative self-efficacy and creativity,and to reveal the intrinsic mechanism of stress perception affecting creativity.Finally,a series of research hypotheses are proposed,and the models and hypotheses are tested by empirical analysis.In this study,the questionnaire was used to obtain the data,and the model was tested by structural equation.The correlation analysis,regression analysis and variance analysis were used to analyze the model.In this questionnaire survey,this study obtained valid samples of 328 college students from Beijing,Tianjin,Hunan and other places.Data were processed by SPSS 22 and AMOS 17 software.The empirical results reveal the relationship among stress perception,creative self-efficacy and creativity:The influence of college students 'perceived stress has a significant negative effect on their creativity.This effect is mainly influenced by the creative self-efficacy of college students' self-efficacy.That is to say,the pressure perception of college students negatively affect their creativity through “creative self-efficacy” path.Based on the above analysis,this study discusses the shortcomings and prospects,and the strategies and suggestions for the cultivation of college students' creativity.
