Nowadays,more and more students are turning their options to take further education of postgraduate in domestic colleges and universities.The number of students is rising sharply who take the postgraduate entrance examination;this has become a hot trend in the social development,because it is considered as the necessity for achievements on academics and job careers.A related survey showed that the number of people who take the postgraduate entrance examination has increased17.59% in China,from 2.9 million to 341 million,and it would still get rise in the following two years(Liu wei,2020).Great psychological pressure can be caused by such a large number to the exam-taken students.And many college students would have psychological problems like anxiety on examination.The previous studies have proved that high level of stress perception and inappropriate ways to deal with the stress can give influence on anxiety of examination.Thus,the paper would make research focusing on the stress perception,ways to deal with stress and anxiety on examination,taking the exam-taken students as the subject;and the paper would also take single-case intervention on the students with high level of anxiety,to evaluate the effects of intervention and availability of the scheme.Based on the previous studies,this paper would research the current situation of stress perception,ways to deal with stress and anxiety on examination with the method of questionnaire survey from a university in Yunnan province,and discuss the relationships between these three variables through the data analysis.The method of single-case is also applied to research the single-case intervention on the exam-taken students with high level of anxiety on examination.The following conclusions are:(1)The stress perception of exam-taken students is generally in good condition,but the level of anxiety is slightly high,and the exam-taken students prefers to face the stress with escape,illusions and self-reproach,which are the inappropriate ways.(2)The stress perception and anxiety on examination of exam-taken students are positively correlated in a significant degree;while these two variables are positively correlated with inappropriate ways to deal with stress in a significant degree,and negatively correlated with appropriate ways to deal with stress in a significant degree.(3)The self-reproach and illusions of exam-taken students partly play a mediating role in the impact of stress perception on the anxiety on examinations.(4)The intervention of cognitive behavior therapy can help to transition the inappropriate ways to deal with stress,and the transition in the way of self-reproach is much significant.(5)The transition of ways to deal with stress can help to reduce the level of stress perception and anxiety on examinations of exam-taken students indirectly.
