Since the promotion of quality education,the basic curriculum reform focuses on the "people-oriented" educational philosophy,"teacher-centered" gradually turned to "student-centered" to explore their own subjective factors evolved into the key elements of educational reform.For English learning,it is clear that the students' motivation to learn is an important source in the teaching process,which encourages students to have a strong desire to learn foreign languages,so as to encourage teachers to actively guide students to find the correct learning rules so as to implement specific research actions.This paper discusses the subjective factors of students from the aspects of psychology and pedagogy,and learns the motivations and motivations of students to learn foreign languages,and master the internal and external factors(family,school,society,etc.)of language learning,,More accurately look directly at the student's learning state of mind,both students and teachers have the benefit.In addition,based on the current research of English learning in primary and secondary schools,learning motivation has become a typical representative of many problems.Some individual learning motivations have even directly affected students' mastery of foreign language language,and accurately judge a large number of empirical research theories(such as: Need theory,achievement motivation theory,self-efficacy theory,etc.)on the analysis of student learning motivation,which is indirectly determines the quality of English teaching and the effectiveness of the outstanding embodiment,it is worth in-depth exploration.At present,most researchers use the theory of achievement motivation and the relationship between student academic performance,focus on learning motivation and language learning theory and practice.Among them,the typical achievement motivation as a higher level of social motivation,but also to encourage individuals to engage in their own work that is valuable to obtain the intrinsic driving force to guide the application of the theory is very high,followed by learners in the academic performance level and achievement Motivation and other close ties,for language learning provides a great guiding significance.To this end,this study is to explore the achievement motivation theory of junior high school English teaching guidance for English teaching to provide reasonable reference.In this study,the theory of achievement motivation is introduced in detail,and the achievement motivation theory is applied to junior middle school English teaching.It is helpful to improve the enthusiasm of junior high school students to learn English by means of empirical research.Through the literature search method,Interviews and other conventional methods,and the use of professional quantitative tables and questionnaires and other forms of data collection status quo,comparative analysis of the achievement of different students motivation,its scientific achievement motivation training,to stimulate its achievement motivation to make it more active learning English,and ultimately improve English grades.
