Research On The Integral System Of Kunshan Floating Population In Enrolling Their Children To Public Schools

In the process of rapid urbanization,the floating population has brought huge demographic dividend to the developed coastal areas.At the same time,the pressure of social management of the floating population is outstanding and the service cost is huge.Floating population because of household registration factors can not enjoy the city's treatment,restricting the flow of population into the city,the need for widespread concern and attention of the whole society.The main content of this paper is to study the entry system of public schools in Kunshan.Kunshan city school integration system,the floating population of Kunshan with such as "buy a house","pay social security",household registration and public treatment will be gradually stripped,more security and the floating population to enjoy the fair,quality education right through their own efforts to make their incentive flowing population service society,law-abiding.The integral entrance system can effectively promote the redistribution of educational resources.However,due to the short time of the introduction of the policy,the publicity is not in place and the integration of the project is not reasonable,there are still some deficiencies and perfect space.The author will further strengthen the school integration and management of the floating population,put forward to strengthen the policy advocacy,optimize the project settings,play the role of social organizations,promote the equalization of public service level and to create new and old people common values and other suggestions and ideas.
