Study On The Construction And Development Of College Volleyball Associations In Suzhou

As an important part of the university sports associations,the College Volleyball Association has a positive influence on the college students participating in physical exercise and forming a healthy lifestyle.This paper takes the current situation of Suzhou college volleyball community as the research object,and aims to analyze their faces in the development and construction difficulties,and provide constructive strategies to promote the healthy development of Suzhou volleyball association.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the basic situation of the Volleyball Association in Suzhou,and finally draws the following conclusions:1.Suzhou University volleyball associations lack of resources,there is a limited number of venues equipment,the lack of responsible instructors,funding sources narrow path and lack of regulation and other issues;2.The aim of the volleyball association in Suzhou is diversified,but the activities are mainly based on the volleyball competition,and the emphasis on the comprehensive quality of the members is not enough.The members of the community are not optimistic about the development plan of the community and the ambiguous organizational goals;3.Suzhou University volleyball associations has a certain degree of internal autonomy,community members of the community's high degree of recognition,but the implementation of the management of the lack of effectiveness;in the appointment of the main person in charge of the community,mainly members of the democratic election and the previous chairman of the designated staff;4.Suzhou University volleyball associations publicity means in many forms,mainly in the "campus publicity column" and "poster" two traditional ways,thetelevision broadcast,network and newspaper use rate is low;5.Members of the community generally believe that the external environment is the impact of Suzhou University volleyball community development of the main factors,did not recognize the existing problems within the community building,more unaware of the importance of the internal environment.In view of the problems existing in the development of volleyball organizations,the following five suggestions are put forward to improve and promote the steady development of the society from the aspects of the organization and construction of the internal and external environment of the community.1.Schools need to give enough support to the volleyball associations,including material,human and activities and other resources;2.Enrich the activities of the community,a clear corporate organization goals;3.To strengthen the implementation of the internal management of volleyball community efficiency,and the rights of members of the community to monitor;4.To strengthen the community's information construction,choose a variety of forms of external publicity;5.To strengthen the thinking of the members of the building,to enhance the cohesion of the community,as well as the establishment of a good college volleyball community assessment incentive mechanism and competition mechanism.
