The Research Of University Autonomy Mode And Tactics Based On XJTLU

As the acceleration of internationalization process,the relationship among countries becomes increasingly tightened.Meanwhile,as the embedded development of globalization,higher education as a kind of service trade is being an important part.China is involved into the environment of world economy gradually,not only attending economy competition,but also taking part in talents competition whose key point relies on education.However in the current our universities often demonstrate a violation of its basic properties,the university internal power structure in the process of running.The scale of the modern university and trivial affairs forced the university running in accordance with the bureaucracy management,and internal decision making managers through position power to run command,coordination,and monitoring university.Driven by internationalization of education,Sino-foreign cooperation in running education brings foreign education resources of high quality can promote education of domestic colleges and universities.Based on such analysis,this thesis selects Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University as a typical case to analyze and explore some successful experience to promote cooperative mode in running Sino-foreign higher education.The essence of the Chief of the University is to change the current generalization of the phenomenon of administrative power,to give the dominant position of academic power,to restore the academic pursuit of freedom,to advocate the truth,to adhere to the innovative spirit and character,and to achieve a real sense of the modern university.
