The new curriculum reform requires teachers to change the teaching concept,explore the teaching model which is suitable for cultivating students' ability and improving students' Scientific Literacy.Physics experiment teaching in junior high school is the field that can reflect the new curriculum ideas best.Therefore,in order to put the ideas of new curriculum into teaching practice,reforming teaching mode of physics experiment in junior high school is an effective way.The "task driven" teaching mode hides new knowledge that students will learn in one or several tasks.It leads students to practice so as to find out the solution.Under the strong motivation,students begin to study the learning resources by self-exploring and cooperating.Finally,students can achieve the construction of the knowledge through completing the study tasks.Students are the main body of learning in this teaching mode,The role of teachers in this teaching model is the guide and the collaborator.What's more,this kind of teaching mode can stimulate students' interest in learning and it is helpful to cultivate their ability of autonomous learning.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of task driven teaching model,and carries on the related literature research.Through the investigation,it analyzes the existing problems of experiment teaching,analyzes the application of the task driven teaching mode in physics experiment and the teaching feasibility of the task design principles as well as the types of tasks.Meanwhile,it also analyzes the new curriculum requirements for experimental teaching and assumes the junior high school physics experiment teaching strategy based on the proposed task goal-driven.It summarizes the implementation of the task driven teaching design process and task flow and it analyzes the case design and teaching practice.The result shows that the task driven teaching mode is suitable for physics experiment teaching of junior high school,and helps to improve the enthusiasm of students as well as training students' operation ability,cultivating students' ability toanalysis,problem solving so as to improve students' scientific literacy.It also contribute to solving some of the existing problems in the experimental class.Therefore,it is recommended that teachers can use the task driven teaching model in the teaching process of junior high school physics experiment.
