Based on the changes in social structure of China,from the perspective of occupational status,the 80 s generation as the research object,using date from 2013 China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS2013),with SPSS.24 statistical software and multiple logistic regression analysis and factor analysis,this paper explores the influencing factors of individual occupational status,examines the influence of self-consistency factors,first-sex factors and institutional factors on individual occupations,and compares the effects of these three influencing factors.First of all,through multivariate logistic regression model,this paper analyzes the influence of gender,household registration,religious belief,educational level,parental status and family economic status on individual occupation status.The data shows that these factors are related to individual occupation status having a significant impact.Secondly,classifying these influencing factors with factor analysis,extracted the factors of self-consistency factor,first-sex factor and institutional factor,and with an re-regression analysis,it was found that these three factors had an influence on the individual occupation status significantly.In addition,through the comparison of the normalization coefficient,in the individual occupation status of the process,the self-induced factor of the force is greater than the first-sex factor of the force.At last,with a summary of all the data analysis and findings,the impact of various factors to explain and explore the various factors on the individual career status of the possible impact of the reasons and path.
