In December 2011,the Ministry of Education of The People's Republic of China officially promulgated ?the Math Curricular Standards in the Phase of Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)?(hereinafter referred to as “New Curricular Standards”),and executed it in the autumn of 2012.The New Curriculum Standards extended the “double base” in the target to “four base”.Since its implementation,teachers are gradually focusing on students' gaining of “basic thoughts” and “basic experiences in activities”.However,the existing teaching methods of mathematical conclusion-based formulas still have many problems such as neglecting the formation and derivation process of the formulas.Besides,the weak awareness of teachers' teaching strategies leads to the unsatisfactory teaching effects of the mathematical conclusion-based formulas in the seventh grade.Therefore,it is necessary to study the teaching situation and solutions of the mathematical conclusion-based formulas in the seventh grade.Proceeding from the teaching effects and the requirements of new curriculum standards,the paper conducts investigations and studies on current teaching situation regarding the conclusion-based formulas of the seventh grade mathematics in a district of Qingdao by means of documentation,questionnaires,interviews with teachers and students,and case studies.Some problems existing in the teaching and studying of the conclusion-based formulas of the seventh grade mathematics are revealed.From the perspective of learners,there exist some problems such as incomplete understanding of the importance of conclusion-based formulas,improper mnemonic ways of formulas which result in poor memory effects,superficial understanding of formulas,poor effects in formulas applying,failure in achieving its intended effects and so on.For teachers,problems like teachers' low requirements on students' mastery of conclusion-based formulas,big gap between teachers' teaching arrangement and learning expectation of students,neglecting the education of thoughts developing during the teaching and learning process.In this regard,the paper puts forward some suggestions from the three aspects : how to do well in process teaching of the conclusion-based formula,invest more efforts on the teaching methods and improve work efficiency by making full use of the Internet plus.In the teaching process,the paper elaborates on the self-knowledge of formulas,derivation of formulas,inverse use of formulas,prevention of negative transfer of knowledge and so on.The paper proposes targeted and suitable countermeasures for the seventh grade mathematics conclusion-based formulas,with which we can strive to achieve students' gaining of "four base" and make different countermeasures research from the general proposition teaching.Finally,based on the proposed countermeasures,the paper carries out the design and analysis of teaching cases.Meanwhile,it makes teaching reflection and summary.In this paper,the results of the study will be providing some new references for the mathematics formulas of seventh grade,and it would cultivate students' ability of induction and deduction through the process of exploration of conclusion-based formulas,therefore it could also improve the teaching quality.And in the meanwhile,hoping that it could provide a foundation for studying the teaching strategy of applied mathematics proposition to lead a guidance to the way of materials formulas teaching.
