Investigation And Analysis On Current Situation Of Entrepreneurship Education In Secondary Nurse Vocational School

With the popularization of education,major hospitals and employers have gradually improved their education requirements.In the public hospitals,the demand for vocational nursing students has been decreasing continuously.According to statistics,from 2015 to 2017,yantai straight technical secondary school graduates enrollment situation of hospitals and various counties urban hospital is decreasing year by year,2015,171,2016,2016 people,116 people,2017 parts for many years the care of the technical secondary school enrollment plan has been zero,for example,development zone,laishan district,high-tech zone,etc.This phenomenon shows that the high quality jobs are decreasing year by year,and the golden age of job maintenance is over,and employment difficulties have become a common phenomenon in the school.In order to improve the employment rate,we should encourage more and more middle-level nursing students to choose private hospitals or medical centers,such as the moon club,and even start businesses.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to carry out entrepreneurship education in the middle school nursing school in order to broaden the employment channel of vocational nursing students.Secondary vocational nursing nursing students entrepreneurship education should fully realize the entrepreneurship is a higher level of employment,entrepreneurship is not only beneficial to the realization of personal value of nursing students,more conducive to the development of our social economy and the transformation of industrial structure.Therefore secondary vocational nursing research and implementation of the entrepreneurship education is a powerful support for innovative national strategies,through the development of entrepreneurship education can cultivate nursing students step by step entrepreneurship,nursing students creative consciousness,strengthen and encourage innovation concept.Through this study,literature research,interview method,questionnaire investigation,case law,explore secondary vocational nursing entrepreneurship education existing problems and the causes,in order to improve the existing system of secondary vocational nursing entrepreneurship education,promote entrepreneurship education for secondary vocational nursing students entrepreneurial quality andentrepreneurial ability quality.Taking the nursing school of Y as an example,this study analyzed the current situation of education in the current vocational school nursing school,and studied the existing problems of education.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems that appear,and points out the countermeasures of implementing the education in the implementation of the vocational school,including: opening up entrepreneurship courses and cultivating entrepreneurial consciousness;Efforts to construct a nursing start-up thinking system;Improve the entrepreneurship quality of nursing students with education teaching reform;Setting up a "trinity" education environment;Integrate social,business and family entrepreneurship education resources;Strengthen entrepreneurship education for nursing students guidance and support,both countries,enterprises and families to entrepreneurship education of secondary vocational nursing give enough support,ensure the smooth progress in entrepreneurship education.
