Preschool education is the initial stage of the whole national education system,to guide children to set up correct outlook on life,world outlook and values of responsibility,also shoulder the important responsibility to inspire children to study interest.Along with the social economy and the people the knowledge level of ascension,more and more people begin to realize the importance of preschool education,and puts forward new requirements on pre-school education.Our country has begun to push forward the advancing balanced and rapid development of preschool education policy guidance,successively carried out two period of three years a plan of action,pre-school education in many regions of the obtained the rapid development,but there are still some parts of the preschool education exist shortcomings,preschool special fiscal funds inadequacy,infrastructure is weak,and so on and so forth,and as the two-child policy open,preschool education of professional talents become insufficient and uneven distributed,parts in order to meet the requirements of the number,the relaxed on pre-school education professional theoretical knowledge and practical ability of double cultivation,shortcomings caused parts of children cannot accept good preschool education,elementary school phenomenon is outstanding,has violated the children’s growth and development regularity,for infant development brought great harm.Therefore,preschool education specialized talents with high practice ability training is one of the best way to solve the problem of preschool education,the government should be combined with training colleges and universities,strengthen the attention to preschool education,from a financial investment,infrastructure construction,professional course design,cooperation between colleges and garden school cooperation and other aspects of scientific and effective to carry out personnel training plan,especially to cultivate the students’ practical ability,more powerful grip on emphasizing,thus ensuring pre-school education professional students after graduation can quickly convert character,positive work state,play high quality teaching staff development of preschool education and children develop the positive role.This paper mainly studied the pre-school education professional technical secondary school students to cultivate the students’ practical ability,optimization strategy,from preschool education specialized secondary vocational student’s practical ability related theory perspective,in-depth analysis of analysis defines the pre-school education and practice ability are two basic concepts,and school 70 interns to yantai economy and 10 kindergarten 50 children’s parents for the problem of the investigation,in the form of a status quo survey about yantai district preschool education specialized secondary vocational practice ability training present situation,analyses the existing problems of four and the main causes for this kind of problem.In combination with the results of the survey and attribution,from the practical motivation,general practice ability,special practice ability and scene practice ability four angles are given specific optimization strategy,the secondary vocational student’s practice ability training to improve the pre-school education promote the secondary vocational student’s practical ability training plan,expect to develop preschool education for secondary vocational school students to provide theoretical reference.
