It is not only the basic idea of physics course standard, but also the basic requirements of quality-oriented education that high school physics practical ability training. However, the situation of high school physics practical ability in our country is making us worried. So our educators are in badly need of finding an effective way to get out of the trouble. Because of what mentioned above, we propose a question for discussion, which name is "high school physics practical ability research and training strategy"By analyzing literature, the research only chose the key factor of high school practical ability formation and development as the research key point. And consider the inside motivation and outside ability of students in a center aspect. First, we research the high school physics practical motivation to understand the intension distribution of their inside motivation and outside motivation. Second, we will research the situation of high school physics practical ability, and resolve the practical ability into specific ability goal to investigate, and find the weak link of students’ability. Through the analysis of the results of the survey, the conclusion is as follows:(1) The situation of high school physical practice motivation is more complex, but overall, taking the internal motivation as the leading motivation, it is shown that the situation of senior high school student physical practice motivation is more optimistic, but there are still quite a number of students participating in physical practice and learning physical knowledge under various pressure, the internal motivation is poor and need to be optimized.(2) In current the senior high school student physical practice ability level is not high. The physical experiment operating ability is the worst, the second is the ability of preliminary research of physics, physical observation and observation skills, physical expression ability and physical ability to analyze and solve practical problems. While the performance of physical information collection and processing ability, physical map reading and drawing is well, but there is still a certain distance between the realistic goal and the ideal goal.In view of the above results, based on the relevant knowledge of pedagogy and psychology, this article in the sixth chapter puts forward the corresponding six training strategy.
